The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE)/Joint Award Initiative are joining forces to encourage pupils in Northern Ireland’s schools to participate in this year’s BT Young Scientist and Technology exhibition.

CSSC is delighted to be part of the project board working on the THRiVE initiative.

Renowned Northern Irish artist Ross Wilson visited his alma mater Glengormley High School on Monday 18 June.  Ross spent the day with a range of GCSE and A level students telling them about his life, work and advising them on their own art.

The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) has today, Monday 11 June, published a series of case studies highlighting the innovative work being carried out in controlled post primary schools to enable pupils to reach their full potential.
