Four students from Priory Integrated College travelled to India over the Hallowe’en break with their Principal, Jacqui Magennis and the charity, Saphara. 

CSSC Chief Executive Barry Mulholland was delighted to be invited to Newtownhamilton High School’s prize night celebrations on 9 November 2017.

The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) has today, Tuesday 14 November 2017, responded to a letter issued by the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) to the Education Authority (EA) that every teacher who drives a minibus must hold both a D1 licence and a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).

CSSC is encouraging controlled schools across Northern Ireland to get involved with Anti-Bullying Week 2017.

Preventing teachers from volunteering to drive minibuses in schools has been described as a ‘disaster for schools, with pupils suffering the most’.
