Controlled Schools’ Support Council staff are putting their best foot forward on Friday 16 November in aid of Cancer Focus NI, CSSC’s charity partner of the year.

Council held its meeting on Thursday 18 October at Millington Primary School, Portadown.

The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) attended the launch of the mTech.Academy 2018/2019 programme on Thursday 20 August in Belfast.

It is with great regret and sadness that we announce that our friend and colleague Pearse McCormick has passed away following illness. 

The first Taking Boys Seriously joint conference organised by Ulster University, The Controlled Schools’ Support Council and the Council for Catholic Maintained Schools took place on Wednesday 17 October 2018.

CSSC Chief Executive Barry Mulholland was delighted to be invited to Wellington College’s prize day on 28 September 2018.

Mr Simon Harper, Portadown College Principal, was delighted to welcome special guest Dr Rory Best OBE, former student and Ireland rugby captain, to open the school’s new sports pavilion and gym on 19 September 2018.

CSSC has today welcomed Northern Ireland's first shared education week which takes place from 8 to 12 October 2018.

The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) was pleased to secure €140,000 to deliver its international Erasmus+ project.
