    Vision Mission and Values facilitates the creation of Vision and Mission statements that align with your school's Ethos and Values. 

  2. Embedding Ethos 2025 2026

    Embedding Ethos will allow staff to reflect on how: -

    • they contribute to the school ethos on an individual basis
    • the school’s core values contribute to the ethos and vision.

    Governors and Improvement explores how a strong school ethos underpins effective school improvement. 

  4. Building Capacity 2025 2026

    Building Capacity is a year-long professional learning programme designed to support senior leaders in addressing a key strategic priority from their School Development Plan, with a clear focus on improving classroom practice. Using an action research model, participants will lead change that directly enhances learning and teaching.

  5. Systemic Team Coaching 2025 2026

    Systemic Team Coaching is a coaching programme delivered in a Systemic Team approach over an 18 to 24 month period. The programme aims to develop more cohesive, strategic thinking and an effective Senior Leadership Team. Diagnostic Assessment points and opportunities for critical reflective thinking will be built into the programme. 

  6. A Trauma-Informed Approach 2025 2026

    A Trauma-Informed Approach explores the prevalence and impact of adversity and trauma on children and young people’s development and wellbeing. This session considers the critical role of the school environment emphasising the importance of relationships and the presence of emotionally available adults in fostering a sense of security and support.  

  7. Team Building 2025 2026

    Team Building examines the impact of an effective team in fostering a positive school ethos. It explores the key qualities, values, and behaviours that contribute to successful teamwork, alongside reflections on the role each individual plays in ensuring the team functions effectively and drives continuous school improvement.  

  8. Controlled Schools Celebrated in King's Birthday Honours 2025

    The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) congratulates all those from the education sector recognised in the King's Birthday Honours 2025 including notable recipients from the controlled sector.

  9. Cliftonville Integrated Primary School – International School Award Recognition

    Congratulations to Cliftonville Integrated Primary School for receiving the British Council’s prestigious International School Award in recognition of its work to bring the world into the classroom.

  10. Collaborative Learning: Work underway on major Shared Education campus in Omagh

    Education Minister Paul Givan attended the sod-cutting ceremony for the Strule Shared Education Campus in Omagh recently alongside Northern Ireland's First Minister Michelle O'Neill and Deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly.
