The Department of Education’s newly published statistics for the 2015/2016 academic year, have revealed that 76% of pupils achieved three A-Levels at grades A*-C. against a Northern Ireland average of 66.3% for all schools and 51.5% for similar schools.

As a brand new organisation, one of the first priorities for the Controlled Schools’ Support Council was to develop a logo. Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students from member schools were invited to design a logo to be used by the Council.
