Royal Society Young People’s Book Prize 2026

Calling all Controlled Schools! 

Applications are now open for the Royal Society’s Young People’s Book Prize 2026. Schools selected to take part will receive a free set of six shortlisted STEM books, along with judging resources, giving pupils the opportunity to help choose the winning title.

The prize aims to promote literacy and inspire young people to engage with science through high-quality books for under-14s.
