Portadown College congratulate GCSE students

Portadown College students have secured a superb set of results at GCSE. Across an outstanding GCSE profile, an impressive 51% of all grades awarded were at A*- A, with 82% of grades at A*- B.

“The College community is delighted that the industry, resilience and ability of our young people has been justly recognised in a superb set of GCSE results. Despite the uncertainty and challenges of the past few months, it is very gratifying to know that our young people have received the grades they worked so diligently to attain. The GCSE class of 2020 should be proud of their collective success and individual achievements.

“I wish to pay tribute to our dedicated teaching and support staff, alongside the invaluable encouragement of our parents and carers, for their contribution to such positive outcomes.
