Education Minister launces new strategy for education excellence in Northern Ireland
Education Minister Paul Givan has launched, a comprehensive new strategy, TransformED, aimed at reforming and enhancing education delivery across Northern Ireland.
The strategy represents the most systematic transformation programme in over a generation, focusing on five critical areas: curriculum, assessment, qualifications, school improvement and addressing educational disadvantage. These reforms will be supported by substantial investment in high-quality professional development for teachers.
