Belfast Boys Model receiving Kindness Award

Examples of their kindness included senior pupils and staff assisting the North Belfast Area project with a food drive. Each department was assigned different foods to purchase for donation.

At Christmas, every class in the school donated toys for children, filling several of Santa’s sacks.   Junior school pupils made Christmas cards and distributed them to older people in the community with shortbread and chocolates.

On Valentine’s Day key worker pupils delivered chocolates to the older people in the community.

Mrs Montgomery, Principal, Belfast Boys Model School added,

"We are extremely proud of these boys and the kindness they have shown for their local community.  This has been recognised by Kindness UK and we are delighted with this."
