Integrated Education Inquiry - CSSC highlights importance of inclusion, sharing and integration
The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) recently delivered evidence to the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee’s Integrated Education Inquiry.
The key points made by CSSC to the Committee focused on:
- The continued misrepresentation of the controlled sector.
- The ongoing challenges around the form and function of the Education Authority and its ability to effectively support all controlled schools.
- The need for inclusion, sharing and integration.
It is vital that all sectors work together moving forward and important that the debate is respectful and evidence-based.
