CSSC has developed a training programme for governors of controlled schools, in which they will have the opportunity to explore a brief history of the controlled sector, what ethos is, current legislation in respect of ethos and the role of governors in ethos development.

CSSC’s ethos toolkit will also be disseminated to governors and consideration will be given to how the toolkit can assist them in their role.
