Communication Ethos
This theme affirms effective communication as integral to leadership within schools. Ensuring that communications are effective to enable messages and information to flow freely, both ways, is an essential element in the management of a school across all stakeholders. Equally important are the ethos messages delivered by the leadership team and the development of positive and dynamic communication skills to ensure that recipients are engaged and enthused.
