Relationships 2026 - 2027

Relationships establish the individual’s role in fostering an ethos of effective and meaningful relationships across a range of school stakeholders.  Participants will explore how to build rapport, establish trust, listen actively and explore how a coaching approach can positively contribute to the ethos of the school. 

The objectives for this module are to:

  • To consider how to effectively engage within school relationships.
  • To reflect on building effective teams.
  • To examine a coaching leadership role.


Duration: Half day 
Delivery: School based. For this module to operate effectively we would suggest that smaller schools consider dedicating a joint development day with another school, or schools, to achieve suitable numbers.
