Vision Mission and Values 2026 2027

Vision Mission and Values facilitates the creation of Vision and Mission statements that align with your school's Ethos and Values. 

This session clarifies the concepts of vision and mission, and their interconnection with the school ethos. Participants will identify core values that complement the school ethos and, through self-evaluation, develop a shared vision statement. The session will also outline the actions necessary to achieve the vision as the mission statement is formulated. This progressive developmental module builds upon the foundations established in Exploring Ethos. 

The objectives for this module are to:

  • collaboratively define or refresh the school’s ethos and core values. 
  • create a clear, agreed ethos statement to guide culture and practice. 
  • align ethos work with School Development Planning and the 2024 inspection framework.
