Systemic Team Coaching 2026 2027

Systemic Team Coaching is a coaching programme delivered in a Systemic Team approach over an 18 to 24 month period. The programme aims to develop more cohesive, strategic thinking and an effective Senior Leadership Team. Planned diagnostic assessment points and opportunities for critical reflective thinking will be embedded throughout the programme. 

The objectives for this module are to:

  • develop a more cohesive and strategically aligned Senior Leadership Team.
  • strengthen team effectiveness through a systemic, long‑term coaching approach.
  • embed diagnostic assessment and critical reflection to improve collective leadership practice.

Duration: One hour sessions over an 18 to 24 month period 
Delivery: School based
