Empowering Middle Leaders 2026 2027
Empowering Middle Leaders is a five‑day professional learning programme which supports experienced middle leaders to deepen their leadership impact and lead effective school improvement.
- Through Leadership Unlocked, participants explore their role, influence and alignment with whole‑school vision.
- Curriculum Insights strengthens leaders’ ability to drive teaching quality and outcomes through evidence‑informed curriculum leadership.
- The People Collaboration module focuses on developing relational leadership and working collaboratively to move practice forward.
- In Coaching Conversations, leaders build practical coaching skills to support colleagues and foster a culture of professional growth.
The programme concludes in the fifth module celebrating each participant’s improvement journey and the impact of their leadership on learners and staff.
The objectives for this module are to:
• enhance leadership impact and alignment with school vision.
• lead improvement in teaching, learning and curriculum quality.
• strengthen collaborative, relational and coaching approaches.
• reflect on and celebrate leadership growth and impact.
