CSSC has adapted its training programme to develop an online training opportunity for Governors of controlled schools, in which the importance of ethos and the role of Governors in developing and leading ethos will be considered.

CSSC’s ethos toolkit for controlled schools will also be disseminated and consideration given to how the toolkit can assist Governors in their role.
