Integrated Education Inquiry - CSSC highlights importance of inclusion, sharing and integration

The Controlled Schools’ Support Council (CSSC) recently delivered evidence to the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee’s Integrated Education Inquiry.

NIAC 280224 - Integrated education inquiry

The key points made by CSSC to the Committee focused on:

  • The continued misrepresentation of the controlled sector.
  • The ongoing challenges around the form and function of the Education Authority and its ability to effectively support all controlled schools.
  • The need for inclusion, sharing and integration.

It is vital that all sectors work together moving forward and important that the debate is respectful and evidence-based.
