The event will take place from 9 – 12 January and the deadline to apply is 25 September 2018.

In 2018 CSSC and BT developed a partnership around BTYSTE. A number of CSSC officers travelled to the RDS to see the exhibition, where Harvey Donnelly, from Wellington College won the overall BTYSTE Northern Ireland award and Cookstown High students won two BTYSTE awards.

The Theme for BTYSTE 2019 is 'It Starts Here'. For information or to register visit the website

The event for secondary school pupils across Ireland encourages young people to use the foundations of science, technology, engineering and maths to inspire new ideas and new ways of thinking about the world we live in.
